My name is Katherine! I am 5’1.  I started my journey this year in December; weighing at 222 lbs! I am now 137 lbs and could not feel any better or be more proud of myself for doing this the right way and for no one other than myself. It can be hard at times being a full time college student, full time employee, and a full time fitness fanatic but I would’t change a thing! It takes a whole life style change. I do not diet. I have healthy eating habits. If you want to see permanent results you have to make a permanent change! The girl that once cried about running the mile in gym class is now running multiple miles a day and majoring and personal health and wellness. Never say you can’t.I want to help people that struggle with the on going battle of them against themselves.
