Health wise, I find juicing easier because I don't like eating vegetables particularly.

I still prefer doing my juice from home where I can see what goes into it. I can also experiment with different combinations. If you don't like broccoli, making a green juice out of it is a good way to get the nutrients of this super food. Once it's blended, your brain will no longer recognize that its broccoli. That's one of the benefits of juicing. You can get the vitamins and minerals that can be found in the food that you don't usually eat - in just one or two gulps!

Vegetable juice has a lower calorie count than fruit juice and helps regulate blood sugar levels. But vegetable juice is not a complete meal in itself and should not be used as a meal replacement.
