changes to your current lifestyle and you have to stay motivated.
Set an exciting weight loss goal and you're more likely to stay motivated
to do the necessary things to lose the weight.
2. Break Bad Habits
Most learned or old habits are hard to break. It's time we make a change.
We do not have to eat everything that is on our plate. Most of grew up knowing
that we must eat everything on our plates because there are starving children
in Africa. It is okay to leave a little food on our plates every now and again.
We need to listen to our bodies and stop eating when we are full. We must
eat smaller portions of our food. We need to avoid having seconds. Try to eat 6
small meals instead of three large ones. Eat breakfast, have a morning snack,
eat lunch, have an afternoon snack, eat dinner, have an evening snack.
3. Eat Green
Stock up your fridge with lots of leafy green vegetables and fruits.
Vegetables and fruits are rich sources of fiber and water and add weight and
volume to our food. This makes our stomachs full while maintaining a lower
calorie count since fruits and vegetables are inherently low in calories and
fat content. They also pack our bodies with healthy nutrients making our diet a
balanced one.

measure your progress
Choose a method easiest for you - computer spreadsheet or a notebook you
can carry with you. This also helps keep you motivated and dedicated to your
weight loss plan. You may find it most helpful to not only track your weight
loss, but also measurements (measure at least your chest, waist, hips and
thighs every 4 to 6 weeks), or your Body Mass Index (BMI).
By looking back at how far you've come, you're less likely to revert to old
habits.

Many folks fail to realize that weight loss can be an enjoyable experience.
It requires deliberate but simple effort to inject fun. People have shared that
they hated weight loss because they have to sacrifice their time with their
TVs, their computer games, and give up on their favorite foods, and so on.
Weight loss seems to have a negative connotation. If you are burning your
calories, why not engage in games that you love? Like playing a game of tennis,
or take a plunge in the pool and have a relaxing swim? For people who don't
like physical sports, they can go for brisk walking. Take a nice stroll with
your loved ones. You wouldn't even realize that you are exercising.
6. Stay motivated
One of the key of weight loss success is to stay
motivated it is because most common obstacles that knock people off their
weight loss program is loss of motivation. Put in your mind the goal of your
action is to lose your fat.
To stay motivated is very difficult especially when
your work not even working. However, you may maintain motivation by asking for
a moral support especially form your parents. Informed your parents, husband,
friend or family members about your goal and ask for their opinion, suggestion
and moral support in order to achieved your goal.
On the subject of fat loss and safety, another point to consider is definitely the speed of the fat reduction. In most cases, a good weight reduction tip requires losing the excess weight within a steady but slow way.
